Q. What platforms do you work with?

We work exclusively on Shopify and Shopify Plus. We believe they are the best eCommerce platforms on the market and our developers are experts on them.

Q. What types of tasks do you accept?

Our team is experienced in all aspects of the Shopify and Shopify Plus. We do not offer assistance with deeper development and external modifications such as Shopify scripts, APIs, or custom app development.

Q. Does my task request have to be smaller than 1 hour?

No. We do not limit the size of a task request. We only require that there is one task per request and that requests are worked one at a time per store.

Q. What is considered a task?

A task should be easy to explain and understand. It should only take a line or two. Each task should be broken into the smallest viable piece that makes sense. Example 1: if you needed three entire pages coded. You would submit a task request for each page because it is the smallest viable piece. Example 2: Say you needed multiple changes to your product page. You wanted the secondary product thumbnails on the left instead of below the images, the reviews section moved to the bottom of the page and the Shopify review app installed. You would submit each task as a single request: Task 1: Please move the secondary product thumbnails from below the primary image to the left. Task 2: Please review the review section from the middle of the page to below the Related Products section. Task 3: Please install the Shopify review app.

Q. How many active task requests can I have at a time?

We allow you to have one active task request at a time. However, you can submit and approve unlimited task requests. Additional approved task requests will be placed in your pending queue and will automatically be moved to active once the previously active task is marked complete.

Q. How long will it take to complete my task request?

It is our goal to provide you the BETA version within the time quoted and each round of revision to you within two business days. It is important to note, we do work on a first in, first out queue. If you have a large task, after weekends or in times of high demand, we may take a little longer to get back to you. Ultimately, the time it takes to complete depends on how clear the initial request is and how many rounds of revisions are requested. We do not guarantee completion dates.

Q. How long do I have to request revisions? How many revisions can I request?

We want you to be happy with the development you paid for. That is why we offer a generous 14 day review period to request unlimited revisions. Once the 14 day period has expired or the task is marked complete, additional revisions or changes will require a new task.

Q. When is payment due?

We require 100% of the payment prior to starting work. This allows us to focus 100% of our effort on delivering exceptional development to clients who are dedicated to their success.

Our team is located around the globe with our corporate headquarters in beautiful Kalamazoo, Michigan.

Q. Does TaskHusky maintain an in-house team or use Freelancers?

TaskHusky developers are full-time and in-house. We prefer to utilize in-house talent where we can ensure utmost quality. Plus, we want our team to get to know your business and you to get to know our team. It makes for a better development process. For specialized skills or during periods of high volume, we may utilize pre-approved contract developers.
