What platforms do you work with?

We work exclusively on Shopify and Shopify Plus. We believe they are the best eCommerce platforms on the market and our developers are experts on them.

What types of tasks do you accept?

Our team is experienced in all aspects of Shopify and Shopify Plus. We do not offer assistance with deeper development and external modifications such as Shopify scripts, APIs, or custom app development.

What is considered a task?

We do not limit the size of a task request. We only require that there is one task per request and that requests are worked one at a time per store.

How long will it take to complete my task request?

Depends. Each task has different requirements. You will receive a BETA estimate with each quote you receive. Once the BETA version is completed, we work to prepare revisions within 1 - 2 business days.

How long do I have to request revisions? How many revisions can I request?

We want you to be happy with the development you paid for. That is why we offer a generous 14 day review period to request unlimited revisions. Once the 14 day period has expired or the task is marked complete, additional revisions or changes will require a new task.

When is payment due?

We require 100% of the payment prior to starting work. This allows us to focus 100% of our effort on delivering exceptional development to clients who are dedicated to their success.

For specialized skills or during periods of high volume, we may utilize pre-approved contract developers.
